How to Delete Computer System Tray Icons

On Windows-based computers, the system tray is the area on the lower right corner of the screen displaying the system clock and icons representing many of the programs that are running. If you have icons in the system tray that you rarely interact with, you may wish to delete or disable them to conserve space on your screen. Adjust your computer's system tray properties to remove system tray icons that you no longer wish to see.
